I am now upgraded and the actual upgrade process (meaning downtime for the board) was less than five minutes long thanks to PPN.

I'm upgraded, too. I left a tip in PPN's hack thread for how to deal with hack templates that were installed into the default set. I'm glad I did my test board first.
