I am still unclear what the problem is. It sounds as if you are saying that your board has low guest traffic. Have you used any of "Googles WebMaster Tools" to start with. There are many free analytic tools on the web that will give you a snap-shot of what is going on.

I talked to him on Skype he wants more people to his site and thinks dbseo will help but he wants me to set it up from teamviewer, I told him I need access to do that he won't give it so I can't help him
