but this step is not clear 100 %

To Do List:

Add javascript radio buttons to the right of the refresh button which easily allow the current user to change their "invisible to online list" profile setting

Include support for the following URLs:

That's not a step. I think that's a to do list. Which means that it is a list of things to do. Hope that helps
