If you do not have the stuff set up on facebook for your forum it has nothing to call to. So FB kicks it back with that error. Just turning it on in vb will not automatically make it work. It's a pain in the butt to set up all the stuff they want done but in the end it's worth the hassle.
You have to insert the keys they provide in the facebook options page in vb as well.. |

I would turn off auto register from fb it will allow bots to register and can you post screenshots of the fb dev app

I hide that part with white color and the app secret is hidden but it has a code which I put in the admin panel

If it can't find the function, and the files are all there, then it's possible you have the URL in the app pointing to the wrong site. A typo perhaps?
