Upload the entire adminCP FOLDER and allow overwrite.

Wait, your forum is running 4.1.12 and you posted in the vB3 section?

Also, make sure you are renaming the adminCP folder to the same name you changed the URL to, before uploading.

Ok then go to your customer area on vb.com, grab the files that is the same for the version you are running. Then upload the files in the admincp folder to your server, overwriting the ones that are there.
Make sure it is the same version you are running. |

ozzy i forget to tell you that some one tried to hacked my forum before this problem
and may be this problem from permissions but i can edit or delete in forum its only in forum admin dunno which php version really |
