My dear Internet Brands is impossible to win a war which it has already lost since 2010 when has been acquired from Hellman & Friedman Capital Partners VI. Offcourse lost the war is just for saying. They got $640 million dollars.
As for Facebook. Nobody has so much money to buy it. Actually not for the big amount of money, but because Facebook does not really deserve 10% of it's value. It will fold in some years, so no need someone to spend money to buy it.
