Are you trying to use phrases in forum titles so that you can translate them for different languages? In that case you might be interested in this mod: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=100589

It seems to work in vb4 but there is one post (on the next to the last page) about a couple of possible problems.
