if you have cpanel goto database wizard>Create a new database, username and password then go to phpmyadmin, choose your new database then go to import, browse and import your database making sure to click the "auto detect" radio button, once it's uploaded then export the style database

Well, I installed a new database & extracted the old style from the old database & imported it into the new one. All my styles are here but all the css information & such is gone.

but on the database, the info is there.

If you have uploaded the databse successfully you should be able to put the forum in place and use it or download styles...etc
