VBHSupport system is an all in one support live chat system.
Users will have to login to be able to use the support system and guests will not be able to post new tickets or respond to any tickets.
This support system has no admincp as its all within the support system its self.
Here are some of the functions that you will have with this support system.
So lets start with what the users can do.
Login system ( Users have to be a member to use the support system )
Menu Buttons ( There are a few buttons that will be at the top of the page, there will be the Home, New Ticket, Knowlegebase and Options)
Home Button ( Brings you back to the Departments list once you have logged in )
New Ticket ( New you will be able to add a new support ticket and choose the department it belongs to )
Knowlegebase ( Is a knowlegebase system where you can see info that might be helpfull )
Departments Page ( This is the first page you see once you login, clicking on a department will show you a view department button, this then loads the support tickets for that department )
Support Tickets ( Click on a support ticket to view its content and and comments made )
Viewing Comments ( Once you view a comment it will show you the ticket info and the comment you have clicked on to view, you will also see 2 buttons here one for closing the window and one for replying to this comment or support ticket )
Now lets tell you some of the things the admin or support advisers will be able to do.
Extra menu buttons ( Support chat login, AdminCP )
Support chat Login ( This will login the admin/Adviser into the live chat support system, witch then lets other members know there is an admin or adviser online for live chat )
Live Chat Request ( Once a member clicks on the live chat button there will choose and admin/adviser to whom they want to chat to, this then shows the admin a phone button to tell them they have been asked into a live chat with a member. The admin would click this phone and enter into a live chat with that member only and would then remove that admin/adviser from the online admin/advisers list )
AdminCP ( Here you a alot of options, they are as follows View/Edit/Delete and New Departments. View/Edit/Delete Support Tickets, View/Edit/Delete/New knowlegebases there is no need for me to tell you what you can do here as its every thing you would be able to do as an admin )
Also with this support system the admin will not have to login to the vbulletins admincp to make changes as all changes can be changed within the support system.
The reason for this is that most admins are feed up having to login twice to make changes to there site, so the best way to do this was to add all the admincp controls into the support system.
Download both zip files.
Upload with your FTP the files within the UPLOAD folders to your forum root.
CHMOD the folder vbhsupport to 777.
Import the product xml file.

ok im bit confused... wich number is for members admins moderators co-admin example it shows 6.. how do i know who is for admins, owner co-admins moderators or member can u tell me the numbers please thankyou
another problem im usin vb.4.1.9 and i installed this but when i try to selecd departmend is not lettin me to... and it says percent loaded 0% all the time.... how can we fix this....
hmmm cant figure out this man... how can i make members to login as member and ask for help not to login as chat advisor login... i want members just to login as member not as chat advisor and i want admins to log as advisor.. plz how can i do this thankyou
Need some kind of ticket support mod but this one is buggy and also any logged in member can read the tickets of other members, so not that good is it.
