AJAX-based page navigation [Lite]

This hack speeds up page loading, thanks to technology AJAX.
Now, instead of to load headinclude, header, navbar, footer and other templates to download only the main content.
This saves a lot of traffic and increases the usability of the forum.

This hack only for vBulletin 4.0
This hack tested and works fine on vBulletin 4.0 default style

I would say this particular modification type isn't to be used since it is so old and not updated since 2010! Could be security risks involved or stability issues but I am not the expert...

Not only that the website says they are going to be more focused with XenForo which is a shame...
