For fixed width styles
Note: Only use this If not using header adverts

Find in 'header' template. It's at the start of the template

Replace it with

<!-- Full width Logo Code Start -->

<div><a href="http://www.yourforum.com./forum.php"><img src="images/logo.jpg" width="1000" height="120" alt="your forum name Forum" /></a></div>

<!-- Full width Logo Code End -->

black bold link to your forum
red bold location of your logo
blue bold set the width and height of your image to match your Image size
(the width of the Image being the same as your forum width)

- so If your Forum width is 1000px wide, make your logo 1000px wide

green bold your forums name

Hi. Does this set the logo as the background? I mean if this edit is done, then I add an ad in that frame will it still mess or not?

Sorry Greight, I cant get this to work with header ads. I tried modifying vbulletin css and adding the global headers to this code but I cant get it it to work with ads.

If someone can get this to work with header ads, please feel free to post the code.

Yes, I was thinking about this. The header image should become a background. Can somebody make it that way?

i believe using a percentage would work for fluid settings, no? instead of using pixels if one has their settings set to say 85% then where the width goes you should be able to put 85%...

I am on v 4.0.5 and I just ran a search in the upload directory and could not find a file names logo.php.

Any suggestions. This is all new to me. Day 4 and counting

I can see it on my forums but none of my other members can. I can the new one set checked in the style mananger and the default one unchecked but everyone still sees V=Bulletin. When they go to the drop box at the bottom left of the screen my custom styles name is there. Any help?
