I never found a way to do it but I didn't really look hard.
I just moved all the files to the root and the cms uses "/content.php" and the forum is "/forum.php" |

The answer is found here: I've asked this quesiton before, and apparently their support staff didn't really get it the first time around;
They have since updated their help files after my support ticket and I wonder why they didn't really test it out before telling me to look at their help files. http://www.vbulletin.com/forum/showt...y-to-the-forum |

I've made the index.php file.. Code:
<?php define(VB_RELATIVE_PATH, 'forums/'); chdir('./' . VB_RELATIVE_PATH); require('content.php'); |
