Valter, I think there is a Bug on the Mod, because it doesn't Close the Forum for Guests, which is the Primary Group that should be Blocked during those High Loads.
I Also Noticed that the Excluded Usergroups don't Overwrite the Server Load Restrictions of the Board, so if the Board Reaches the Maximum Load then the Excluded Usergroups will Still be Rejected From Accessing and Using the Forums.
Would be Nice to Allow Only Members on the Excluded Usergroups to Keep Using the Forums during those Overloads, (and I think would be a Great Feature and Maybe the Feature Needed in this Mod, because Users and Guests Get Restricted by the Regular Load Restriction of the Forum's Admin Control Panel Options) .
I Hope You Can Fix the Bug and Add the Functionality to Allow Excluded Usergroups to Work on the Boards While Overloads Like Admins Do.

My Best Regards.
He's right! I am having the same issue. I can see the FORUM IS CLOSED FOR MEMBERS message but then I try to get on my forum with my cell phone as a guest and I can get on no problem. Guests is the MAIN usergroup that should be getting blocked. Anyone know what to change to fix this issue?
The usergroups excluded from restrictions, are getting the warning message, while guests (included usergroup) can still browse. This addon seems to do exactly the opposite of what its supposed to do.
This would have been a great mod, if it worked like described. Instead of making the server more available to specific usergroups, it turns away those usergroups. Turning the addon off doesn't seem to really turn it off. It needs to be uninstalled.
