I guess I'm missing something...I don't see this location "upload folder janiora to your root forum/images/styles/." I have no "styles" folder under images. What am I missing?

...you must create it and upload all i this folder via FTP
Okay that helped me a bit. But the buttons and icons and everything still aren't showing. I'm new to VBulletin, so I'm pretty sure it's something dumb I'm doing. I have the folder structure as "/public_html/forums/images/styles/janiora without PSD." I then installed the xml. This is what I see in both Firefox and IE8
I love this style and I have an education site i would have loved to have used it for but u have made totally personal to you and as such i cant change it to accomodate our forum.
Very sad that u would release a style that others cant use unless you call the forum HiO Janiora

What is the reason for this post? Do you mean the headerbg clean.png file? Maybe the Post icons with tje J? Or did you mean the footer.png, which is the only gfx i found where the name is "hardcoded".
If it is copyright you have to accept it. In this case you can spend a little amount 4 removing the copyright and i'll be 100% sure you will get a name free footer.png.
If it is not included to the "cr agreement" you can remove it by yourself. it is a 3 color png. Every gfx app should be able to do this with a few clicks.
