I do tend to forget that Photoshop moved on since my last purchase.

However, what I'm reading says that Image Ready's functionality was migrated into Photoshop around CS3. Supposedly it's under File >> Save For Web & Devices. You should be able to put that in an action and then a batch process, if that's the case.
