As a webmaster, you already have enough on your hands to have to worry about answering questions sometimes, and need an effective way to do this! Tips & Suggestions
I've found that using Thread Prefixes and tweaking things up a bit is a great way to get things categories, unless you want to make forums for each or use Extra Threadfields Had been asked this a few times.
I uploaded this but it does not exactly show up in the usergroup permissions it seems. I went into the registered member usergroup and seen a blank spot while this hack was enabled. I disabled it & the blank spot went away - I attached an image to show you what I mean. If you could help please...I'd love to use this hack.
That's the premium version. This version is free and you don't have that usergroup permission option.
When I enable the stats, in the default style, the stats box show on the right, aligned nicely but in my custom style, it is a bit off.
I think I need to modify the answer_foot and answer_head templates a bit. Can you see the attachment images and suggest some help. I would prefer to have the stat tables move down abit and align to the thread table.
Also, right now, the top helpers show 10, but if I only have 3 helpers, the remaining 7 would be all with 0 answers, the sql would just pull the registered members by their registration date.
Another thing
You posted that to show the best answer once, use the <if> statement in the postbit template. I did that, it was fine until I found out that this would cause the PM to not display the body, and just the reply box only.
The PM use the same postbit template so it checks how many post in it.

Understood, however, it shouldn't even show nonetheless like that to confuse someone and give them the impression of it being broken. But thank you for clearing that up for me though, it is really appreciated (Just wish vb.org had the thank you hack lol)

Any other suggestion?
Can I ask what conditional you used? PM's don't have postid's so if any other poss passed the conditional, PMs should as well. Depending on how your conditional was formatted.

Is there a way to change "best answer' so simply "answered' or something else? Some forum folks can be a bit sensitive for the "competition" element created by the best answer....
