How can I change the template, for example remove the Description table of that thing on both sides ? I found the "AD TEMPLATE" pieces in the Styles, but when I click on them, they are empty.

Which one contains what information I need to remove to make the header line of the Ad disappear ? Also, i have a Shoutbox on my Site. its below the Navbar. So now the Ad is below the Navbar and the shoutbox is 3rd. How can I reverse that ?
