For normal users (registered users) that is very difficult. But for Moderators/Admins, vbulletin has supported the moderation tool, access to search (all post by any users/following keywords...) --> check all --> delete all. I don't remember exactly the name of module since it has been installed on my forum for a long time ago.
I am thinking the other way to resolve my problem basing on your comments.
I have just set default that all moderators just have the soft delete permission (Of course registered users just can soft delete own posts, not own threads). And then, Admin team will use "Thread manager" in admin control panel, to move all thread state "deleted" to Recycle Bin. Is that sound perfect?
Some more discussion. Once again, thanks so much.
