you have to view your forum source code and paste it into the validator at validator.w3.org, then correct the errors, while you are validating your site you might want to turn on the HTML comments ADMINCP -> VBULLETIN OPTIONS -> GENERAL SETTINGS -> ADD TEMPLATE NAMES IN HTML COMMENTS -> YES

Put the forum url into the validator - http://www.lacledeforum.com/forums/index.php and you get different results than what you posted. I thought it was the forums page you were talking about.
