So if you click on the University tab at the very top of that image, you get that page there (which is 'broken' - the columns aren't correct at all). I can't tell what they are showing on there, but I'd guess it's a custom script. Have you tried asking them where they got it? They may tell you - especially if they purchased it somewhere.

Thanks for your advice. I am contacting with Administrator of that forum. I hope he may tell the name of that module. Personally, I think it's similar to "VBGallery - forum home" (mentioned above) in layout, it's ok?
