ok, im going to check what the changed files are & upload those files, but does the upgrade affect my vbadvanced?

File edits: You'll have to do it again with new files.
Template edits: Manually edit them if you want to keep your customizations or revert them.

List of changed files are mentioned in the vbcom announcement thread.

No, vba 3.1 is not affected in any way.
