Yes, open the navbar template, and remove the Google for search code, I fogot to remove that before releasing the .xml the next version won't have that.
The rest of the ads are easy to find to remove or replace, and the information for where they are at is in the first post.

vBulletin AdminCP -> Styles & Templates -> SEO Tips (select Edit Templates from the drop down) Search for the header template, as well as the other templates listed in the first post.
