Mini Mods - Notifications Dropdown Enhancement

Simple stuff here. This removes all the pointless notifications links from the New Notifications Dropdown Menu in the NavBar.
It also changes the links appearance by throwing the number of each notification in front of the Text, instead of after.

Open the Template named 'navbar_notifications_menubit'
Replace everything with this Code:

<if condition="$notification['total'] > 0"><tr>
    <td class="vbmenu_option"><a href="$notification[link]"><strong>$notification[total]</strong> $notification[phrase]</a></td>
</tr></if>

Yes, and all those entries with a 0 behind them won't show up in the list until you have something new in them, with this hack.

My thoughts exactly. Wasn't really as aesthetically pleasing seeing all these Zeros in a list either. :/
