Integration with vBulletin - BritePic Integration

Britepic is a service from Adbrite which includes ads in your images.

If you want to use this mod you first will need an account with Adbrite/Britepic.

You can make an account here: https://www.adbrite.com/mb/britepic_...ource=britepic

Open the file includes/class_bbcode.php
Search the line (~line 1950 ):

return '<img src="' .  $link . '" border="0" alt="" />';

And replace with:

return '<script>
 britepic_id="your_unique_britepic_id";
 britepic_src="' .  $link . '";
</script>
<script src="http://www.britepic.com/britepic.js"></script>
<noscript>
<img src="' .  $link . '" alt="" />
</noscript>';

Do not forget to put your BritePic ID in the Replacement code above.

Just for what it's worth... BritePic stuff seems to be blocked natively with the AdBlock Plus plugin in Firefox. I suspect if your members use the ABP plugin, they may wonder why pics on your site are suddenly not being shown.

be careful with adbrite as it shows ads and even allows trojans to be picked up on it pages.I used adbrite till people started complaining about the full page ads which wanted to infect their computers.
