Install

upload helpcenter.php file overwrite to your forum folder
re-import product-helpcenter.xml overwrite via product manager

Usergroup permissions? There are none. I am the admin and I can't even access it.

I installed and now it says I do not have permission to view the page, whereas before I had no issues.

Nevermind. You need this first, HelpCenter, then you install this mod by Hasann afterwards.
