DESCRIPTION

Allows unalterable administrators to modify their own accounts (with the exception of the password, usergroup and membergroups) via admincp.

Just what I needed.
Now if only the $config['Misc']['debug'] = true;
were an admincp setting also.
I failed attempting to hook init_startup

Most definitely- lol but I was thinking more as a development tool on a non-production site.
I am constantly flipping the switch for some reason or another.
