That is a custom skin so I would suggest going to whomever made it.

It depends on how they did the parts around it. That is why I said you need to get ahold of who designed it.

Did you try making the table width 100%? Also try setting Spacer Size (pixels) to 0 and Outer Border Width (pixels) to 0 and see if that gets you any closer and let me know.

Erm when changing "space size" to "0" it works BUT I was wondering if I could still have table but not so close but the navbar still touches it.
