OK That fixed it but now all my ads down there are to the left also and bunched together , Look at it in Firefox its perfect but in IE its to the left and crunched together How do i fix that

To re-center your banners above the WGO box, add the red center to the actual table call, and (imo) drop the width statement, since it'll auto-span to the size of the container anyhow.

Edit: Or make the width ="100%", which might be better.

Edit again: Actually, if you drop all the actual size constraints from that table (cell width/height as well) it would center all the images and span them across.

I'd also toss a border="0" around the actual banner images themselves, to get rid of the blue border.

OK i made your edits and it centered the Ad Block ,the ads are spaced horizontally but not Vertically , IS there anyway to fix that ,

OK let me try them edits !! BTW Why is my right banner lower than my left on IE ?

They look just right in IE to me now. Just toss the border="0" in the IMG tags and you'll be stylin'.

What I'd do (keep in mind I'm half asleep, haha) would be to add an   to each side of the image, just to space them out a little bit from each other. The extra little vertical space, I'll have to take a peek at your code tomorrow and see where that's coming from. (I'd do it now, but it's 12:11AM and I'll just give you bad advice. )

Check that - it looks like you have two banners per cell. You aren't closing the first href call though, take a look:

Try like so, the red is what's changed. This will close the tags properly, and drop the border around the images. It looks cool blue, but it'll go purple on you once you click the link in IE.

Yeah, the extra little vertical space is still there because it's two images per cell. I think it looks pretty great right now - They won't go all the way to the edge of your forum table just because of the general size of the images. They're centered on the page (and look WAY better without the border, if you ask me ).

The </a> doesn't change the appearance, it just closes the tag properly.
