Administrative and Maintenance Tools - Insert an "Add New User" link into the Paid Subscriptions ACP Navigation section

This super-simple mod adds a link to go directly to the "Add New User" page in the Paid Subscriptions section of the ACP. You'll only need this if you manually add a lot of users to your paid subscriptions.

Installation:
Import the XML product file in the Product Manager and visit the Options page to set your default subscription id.

Known issues:
Only works with the default English language in the ACP
