He wasn't awarded that prize just for his documentary. He was one of the first politicians to call attention to global warming, way back in the 80s -- when Bush v1.0 told him he was basically a nut-job and that global warming didn't exist.

But you would probably get some newbie world leader coming along who doesn't know a thing about vB and would muck up their vB framework with plugins and end up causing db errors

Actually, in 40 years vBulletin's version would be approx. 22 (+ or - 3).
