Keyloggers are programs that are run on the computer, not through websites. You should have an anti-virus program installed and updated regularly.

yes i got the back ups but how do i nsert the back up in my new forum now ?

no but now i only need help on iserting my back up . im now in the php my admin but i dont know where to go next. can some one please tell me step bu step to insert the backup

"insert" is not the correct word when restoring a backup, it will overwrite your current board if you restore a backup.

The only reliable method of backing up and restoring a database is with shell access via telnet or ssh. This is because backing up with a PHP script like that in the Admin CP or phpMyAdmin can result in PHP timeouts errors and an incomplete backup file. Please see the instructions here:
