I created this for the bilingual forums I admin, and thought it might be useful to others.
If you have a multi-lingual board or you allow users to choose their interface language, this mod is for you. It allows you to localize or translate the name of your forums, and the titles & descriptions for each forum.
How it works
You input the title/name for a forum like this for example:
English Title | German Title | Spanish Title
and depending on the language the user has selected, the appropriate title will be displayed.
What it works with
This mod works with the following:
- Forum titles
- Forum descriptions Plus the following settings: (in vB Options -> Site name / URL / Contact details)
- Forum name
- Home page name
- Contact us options
- Copyright text
- Company name
Installation
- Install the product XML file via the Product Manager.
Admin Options
You can:
- Turn the mod on/off
- Define the character to use as a separator between localized names
- Decide which vB options to localize
- Decide the order of the languages in the titles/desc/options.
if u can do this feature it will be more than perfect
spicific style for specific language
if i use 2 language and i want to make one of them use only 1 style , it will be great thing
thanks
Hmm, that's not really a feature that would go with this mod, what you want is something else to link a style with a language, so that whenever the user switches languages, the style is automatically switched as well, right?

OMG !!!!!!!!!!!! how could i miss this mod ?? u can not believe how long i was looking for this and how many requests i sent to coders to publish this one !
i'm going to try and let u guys kno about the result
Unfortunatelly some conflict appears when I click on any forum. The error message is "page not found". For some reason vbseo changes a valid link to invalid one. If I turn vbseo off, everything works fine. I hope it can be easily corrected, for the modification is really great and very useful for multi-lingual forums .

You might want to ask for support on vBSEO's forums.
