Just set a really high number. The chance of them replying to a very very old thread is not very high anyway.

Any chance of having an exclude group? I would like to make my moderators and admins excluded. Looks good, uninstalled until this is added though.

The On/off switch is a little confusing. You should rename it from yes/no.
