Just revert the forumhome template. That will remove the sidebar.

Do you know if this will work when photopost is installed and integrated with vb and vBa?

Have not tested with either, but I wouldn't see why it wouldn't. It's just like any other theme. You would just need to add the links in the tabbed navigation.

That would depend where you want to show them. In a whole new block, or under the forum information. Also with the "Who visited hack ... last 24 hours". Is what you mean. If you would like to pm me your forum info, and a guest admin pass, I'll set it up for you.
