No, I mean the default skin that comes with the initial setup of vB. No tweaks, nothing.

No i tweaked the default skin, is there a way to install it again as another skin?

I tried copying it and reverting all to default settings as another skin and same issue!

Under style manager-> download/upload styles->Import Style XML File. Should be located in the installs folder on your server, or upload from your comp. Create new style, fill in boxes below. Title, parent style, display order, etc.

its not style related.. I have installed new styles and same problem!

Ok, just did a quick check on your images. collapse_tcat_collapsed.gif seems to be missing. collapse_tcat.gif is ok.
