The tiled background logo is just awful. You already have the logo in your header, seeing it 60 times on the page is way, way overkill, not to mention the fact that it doesn't tile under your tables so it looks tacky. The same with the tilted URL in the forum headers. You're spamming your site with ads for your own site.

I like the dirty-ink-paper theme you have going on though - very unique.

a more noticable navigation...there is a little bit of a bleded in effect.....just something to draw more attention to the buttons...
