any non-north american webservers are slower than usual for me, some more than others but location is definitely a limiting factor in my case (And i do use cable internet)

but thats ok since most of the userbase my forum has are from the USA and Canada

Of course it is slow, there are signatures with horrible big images, animated and everythying.
