Yes it had been done, but waiting for a permission.

I had ported it since 4 monthes ago.

You don’t need his permission to post it. It’s YOUR modifications. So long as you don’t claim the hole hack as your own, you are free to post any modifications to any hack and vB itself. Thats what this site is for.

No it's HIS modification, I only had it ported to work with vB3.5.x

until this gets ported there are other good chat systems out there, but I cant wait til this one comes back, it was really good.

I personally think it is honorable that they are seeking his permission, if they feel that it is the right thing to do, then they should stick to their guns and do what they think is right. There is a big difference between tweaking something and coming up with it from scratch, glad they respecting the orignal author's work. Just my opinion of course and I am not a coder.

How does this VB Chat program compare to Flash Chat? I mean what does VB Chat offer that Flash Chat doesnt?

Has anyone used them both that could give some insight as to the pros and cons?
