Keep the feedback comming guys.

How would more staff help resolve questions not being answered?

Those are two different things lol. I wasn't saying that they're in any way related.

btw, it can be related... if we have more staff, let's say we have a guy for the PR, he/she will be there to answer default/basic questions made by the new visitors... usually, newbies are always asking the same questions anyway... if we have a dedicated PR guy, the other guys from the staff will only have to focus on their own part of the site...

anyway, this is a structured way to do... not always what is taken into consideration!
(i hate when people say "we already have something working on that" ... robots!)

That is because they are bots...... This site hasnt been staffed by a human in years.... You all are in the matrix right now...

I do agree that the staff have to feel bombarded as of late in Feedback.

I'm often one of the first on the scene with regards to that but I've been offline for almost 3 weeks and so am still playing catchup.

I think too many people are impatient and when they have a problem they expect help as soon as the post for help goes up. When they don't receive it they get mad. Then when someone comes in to help they see a snide reply and instead of helping go off on a rant. It then becomes a viscious flamefest until a mod steps in and closes the thread.
Another problem I see is people sticking their nose in a thread and not posting anything relating to the topic.
One such example is this thread, https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/showthread.php?t=104465.
The op in that thread had a valid question and was looking for suggestions. He explicitly explained what he could afford and what he needed. In the thread he was told get a dedicated server and he explained he couldn't afford it. He was then told his site design was bad, he was using too many hacks that acaused the problem and a variety of other things. When he finaly found a dedicated he could afford he was told it won't work and you'd better off with. This all led to a flamefest.
If people would stay on topic with threads like the above things wuld be much better. Instead some like to stick their nose in to criticise instead of help.
A good rule of thumb is if you can't add anything of value to the topic stay the hell out of it.

^ I feel honored. *Bows*

He takes a cheap and highly uneducated shot at a company and I said my piece about his crappy website.

Only fair in my eyes.

Anyway, looking at his site now I see he took my advice hehe

Looks so much better now
