Response times?

And I'd expect under 2 hours response time - Over that, and I'd get annoyed...

It all depends on who your host is, waht you are paying for and what you expect.

I try to get to all of my customers needs in a timely manner at GD, however I believe that most of them understand its a one man show I also rarely have support issues to deal with though..

Yeah, I forgot, mine has IRC as well as phone. But I never use those.
