Sorry for the late answer. No integration at all. In fact I've used wrapper and the template I've used allow the left and right block to disappear if you don't use them...

OKay, reviving this topic a little. For people wanting to intergrate joomla and vb, the only real solution that works right now is bbpixel's mod that integrates the two. It's an actual mod, that uses vb for all the user management and control. It works great on my site

BUT, I really want to use the calendar in vb - and I'd love a module that shows a list of upcoming events on teh vb calendar in a module in joomla.

It can't be that hard!!
