To install
Upload files, and import product as usual
Make a new usergroup and call it the sellers usergroup, do what you want with this group (allow people to request addition maybe?)
Go to vbulletin options and into vbay, set the usergroup id of the sellers group you just made.
To upgrade
re upload all files
import new product

Just an fyi, depending on where you live there might be regulations regarding running online auctions on your website. I'm not trying to scare anyone away, just saying do your homework, especially if your auctions start getting alot of traffic.

well i have like tons of traffic that goes to my website everyday and nothing have yet occur, but like you said "do your homework" is a good idea too...
To blaine:
if you dont mind can i make/mod the script so i can upload images to the site myself, it is very simple to be done from point of view. If that is fine with you then i am going to mod or tweach the script to a notch.

also, once paypal is integrated, could you do a system where a fraction of the money gets paid to my paypal and the rest gets paid to their paypal. or is that way over the top lol.
