What does 'Marking As Installed' do ?

* It helps you to stay on top of updates - members who have installed modifications will be notified by us whenever new updates are available.

No no, my question is. I need to set the "showing time" to something else. It is 10 seconds by default. I want to set it to 30 seconds.

The notification bubble shows for 10 seconds, then disappears, right? I would like to make it visible for 30 seconds instead of 10 seconds.

Please be more concise with your questions next time. I do not believe there is a way to do that other than modifying the code.
