Ok, just a suggestion.
Links can be open in two modes:

1) A "_blank" window
2) In the same window (or a very nice looking, ascetic popup window) with a top frame, where are links to:

-Back to "category"
-Viewing a "forum" Link
-Rate This Link
-Add one more to the same "category"

Keptic, actually, I've got some of the code you need (the smart in / out system). I could send you the code over, you can contact me PM, if you're thinkg I could be of some help to you in this case.

What I would really appreciate is stats on how many (+2 or +14 or 0 etc., etc.) links have been added in certain subcategorys. If you could figure, how to connect it even with PhotoPost, I'm ready to send you even more good code, that could be of some use to you.

Add: Ru En Ge (admin can add it via AP)
Ru En Ge language blocks as chechmarks (small flag gifs or just text) - the languages the info is on the site. Because there is not only English-speaking pages, right?!
