I have noticed some issues with font color while playing with this mod, and I was hoping to figure this out. No matter what I do I can't change the color of the mod's fonts. I can change the background color, and other things, but i went down the list of options and changed every color option there was, but none of them changed the font.
The font I am looking to change is the title of the subforums section that is below each category. For example, it says: Sub-forums: [speechbubble] link 1, [speechbubble] link 2, etc. My links are colored to be dark blue/highlighted dark blue. The text "Sub-forums" is white. the links are unreadable when I change the background to a dark color, and the "sub-forums" text is unreadable when I switch it to a light background (which is the way I want it). Is there a way to change that text's font color to a darker shade? Any help would be greatly appreciated! |

Go to the mod's options...
The "HTML" one's are available to add some formatting such as colour. If I remember correctly, the "Forum Description" also has a class assigned by default. |

Yea, the "forum description" one does have the class="forumdescription" bit in that field. does that field affect the "subforums:" text? If so, what should I change it to to darken the color? removing/adding the text doesn't really change anything as far as I can tell...
I'm trying to figure out which "html" field is the right one, so i've taken some screenshots of the ones I believe could be the right ones. I have already tried to change these to no avail, but maybe I was doing it wrong. I attached 2 screens of the settings i guess to be the ones to change, and a screen of what im trying to change... I know you don't have a vbulletin license anymore, so you can only guess from memory but any help is great. once I find the field, what should I type in? I really don't have much experience with html... <FONT COLOR="######">text text text text text</FONT> is this right? you have bgcolor="#15317E" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="0" bgcolor="#EBEBEB" cellpadding="2" cellspacing="1" in 2 different fields, maybe that's what I need to add (without the cellpadding stuff) and I changed those colors, but they either don't do anything or don't change the text color, only the background. |

The "HTML" formatting options insert whatever you type into the field so you can do pretty much anything...
Using this... bgcolor="#15317E" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="0"The full HTML would look like this... <td bgcolor="#15317E" cellpadding="1" cellspacing="0">Use whatever you want [eg: color="red"] If you use class="xxx", then you define "xxx" in a style sheet. |

Build a clean VBulletin, add my mod and check the operation. Then add your style. Then add other mods. When it breaks, you know the culprit and you have a place to start. If the culprit is another Mod, often simply changing the priority of the Mods [put mine earlier] will solve the problem. |

Sorky - I'm trying to do that right now. I'm also running the tabbed home page.
I think it needs to be earlier. Do I need to change all of your mod plugins to make it work? Mark |

does this work with 4.1.12?

Installed on vbulletin 4.1.12 but does not work correctly with the settings of agreements, has no effect on the line list of sub-forums.
I leave an idea to improve the fit of settings: settings evitanto simplify the current confusion (eg, a definition is presented, then back to present another to overlap the same). |
