maybe you can add possibility to Bun User from forum (specific forum)
I mean to make permissibility for Moderators - can ban only from is forum
&
administrator & superadministrator - can ban from specific forums and from all the board.

You don't need a hack for that. That's what User Forum Permissions are for.

I don't agree with users being able to ban from threads. They're not staff and you can't trust who will use the feature maturely. It should be a staff only option.

I did test this back when it came out and I was running vB 3.5. Moderators can thread ban but only in forums they're assigned to. I believe the conditional is "canmoderate" and I like it that way. A different conditional would need to be used to allow users to ban from own threads and it's not worth it in my mind.

I can't use this plugin at the moment though because I'm running vB 3.6.

can you add this for a user support? Let the registered users use the banning if the admin allows it.

Posiable for this to be ported to 3.6 (RC3 or gold)?

I have it on my 3.5.4 board and my staff loves it, going to be upgradeing

to 3.6 here as soon as gold in released and still want to keep it.

Is there a remove User from Forums Hack anywhere? I have a user that wishes to post only negative feedback in a particular forum. I don't want to ban them from the site just keep them from going to that forum..

Sorry just read post #168

Let it so the topic starter or creator has the features to ban.

I have it ported, there was just one query change from 3.5 to 3.6. But I still can't figure out how make it so that moderators can ban users from threads in the forums they moderate (in addition to admins & supermods).

The product xml for 3.6 is attached below. If anyone wants to use it to release a version in the 3.6 section, they're welcome to it. I don't have the time, or expertise to support it.
