ok i have regained access to my site, turns out while my host lost power in florida the server i am on was attacked so the datacenter in texas did a massive ip ban putting me in that ban. anyways now im back and i will be developing the importer later night when i get back from work

uhh.. i think something wack happened while installing... the forums width now extends too far see here ... http://www.christianpunk.net/forums/

How do i change this>?

Any idea, when the converter might be available. I am itching to convert the older blog software thing, to this, as it looks excellent.

if someone can help me install the vb3 port of ryangle's journal i will be able to work on a converter because right now 3 of queries give me errors....

Ten thousand thanks for this, Ah-Net - the first hack I have installed! It has increased the value of our forum to our web community immensely. I'm quite excited to see how people are going to react.

Had to set up tables in SQL manually, but aside from that worked great. Hat's off to you and all the hard work.

In the journal table, the following fields are not used;
? description
? imagename
? mood
? np


"enabled" is if a user's journal is currently locked or unlocked.
"np" is an abbreviation for now playing


I think the rest should be pretty much straight forward? Let me know if you have any other questions..

just curious, im not exactly an expert, but im wondering wether the links in this hack should all carry the $session[sessionurl] tag ?

i have no idea if it matters but i thought i'd mention it...whats the difference ?

I have made significant changes to the journal templates, so I thought that maybe I could provide them for those who want to have a slightly different look than the default at this point. I just have a few more to edit, so they will probably up this weekend at some point. Damn college and riding the bus for nearly 4 hours a day keeps my online time to a minimum. :tired:

Also, there have been quite a few noticeable errors in the templates, and I have yet to fix them. They have to do with the if conditional dealing with the proper way to display the name of the Journal(s). It shouldn't be an issue, and I'm sure there's a very simple solution to it...

PS - Thanks again for the to-die-for hack, AN-Net!
