What exactly needs to be done/happen here on the .org for you guys to come back?

Points made in the thread:

More professionalism by the staff
help members to provide better feedback to coders
give coders more incentive to release hacks
encourage more coding discussion in the public forums
make it more challenging + rewarding to be a 'master coder'
