It would help if these are reported.
I think you should drop a PM to Action-N ( and possibly to me as well, I am eager to know what it is too ), to inform him and let him be aware of it, since he is the lead developer of this hack now. |

Well now I know, but I am not a hacker. So as a nonhacker I wouldn't know such things. Right now I am working on adding more features to this script and storing the images on the server in folders. I haven't even started to consider optimizeing the code or talking to other developers or reading the vb files on making this script secure. Now since it'll be saving images to folders I will have to be concerned about security. Also 3.11 was not mine it was all magnus an he won't come around to update the file. At least you didn't post them for everyone to see.

Has anyone experienced any trouble with the images not displaying in 'list' and 'view' actions on the vbgarage page?
I've looked through about 20 pages of this thread and havent had any luck. I have GD Version bundled (2.0.28 compatible) installed and working, but only Red Xs where an image is supposed to appear. If i click on the Red X, the correct image oopens ina new window. Page: http://www.vdubaddiction.com/forums/...ge.php?do=list Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! -Benjamin |

Any new word on the update bud for the upgrade to your version from the old one? Also, I noticed on your current garage list page, it doesn't show a photo of the users car like it did before, will you incorporate this into it like you used to have it? Now it just says ID: XX

I understand the need to make the next version as great as possible, but you have to draw the line somewhere and get the release out. Adding new features could go on forever, but if you could get a version out now everyone could contribute ideas on how to make the program better from first hand use rather than implementing something only to find out it could have been done differently or more efficiently if done another way. I don't mean to sound impatient, but I guess really I am just a bit impatient. I appreciate all of the work going into this but save some features for future versions.
BTW I plan on making a donation if Action-N sets one up to show my appreciation for all of the hard work that goes into this new version. |

My permissions keep resetting, can someone repost the uninstaller. I am kinda tired of rehacking this thing every other day so I will wait for the new version to come out. Good job to all the people getting this new version going!

I've installed this hack and am pretty happy with it. Took me a while to get past the permission bug and get the templates copied to my different styles, but I enjoy the concept.
I'm wondering about other modifications... Is there a way for a user to have more than one car listed per account? Also, as I'll be renaming the categories to go with a computer theme, is there a way to increase the "year" dialogue from a 4-character maximum to something a little larger? Thanks for such a cool hack. |
