microSUPPORT will be upgraded and released bug free FOR SURE!!!!!. Unfortunatelly it was my first attempt to vB4 that's why it has bugs, while the 3.8.x version hasn't them. vB4 is very strange. Even if a value exists, it dosen't counts it like to exist, if I don't declare it for use in the template.
Now I became much more familiar with vB. You can understand it easily by seeing microMEMBERS and mostly microAUCTIONS. You'll notice that I even found the way to "colorize" the tables something that gots me lot of time, and it dosen't exists in microSUPPORT. The only that I want is understanding from you (talking in general), that is like to learn a new programming language. So I need time and patiense. That's all. Soon, I promised it in my word, you'll find here this module 100% bug free.

As to letting it go, without feedback you have no way of knowing whether or not something needs work. I probably could have been more descriptive in what my issues were, but I got a tad lazy. I don't want you to take the wrong meaning by my post (even though I know you were talking generally and not my post specifically) and know that this is still tagged and I plan on still using this once it's done.
As I promised, I spent the whole day today, to redesign and correct everything reported as bug. I've finished 99% of it, left out for the moment, the re-open function, but I'm very tired to release it today, is better to wait till tomorrow morning.

As I promised, I just released microSUPPORT ver.4.4.0, which I do believe that fixes all reported bugs. Using it, it's easily understandable that it has been redesigned from scratch. No more double navbar, no apperance of departments or products in lists, if you've turn them off.
Please pay attention to confirm that the directory microsupport/attachments is CMOD 777. Sometimes, this causes Internal server error, if its not and you're trying to upload attachments.
For those who want to use it just for FAQ, I've to say that they can do it, by setting up usergroup permissions (no ticket posting) and turning off the Reply info block, from microSUPPORT Options.
